Investigated: Rich Dealers False Claim

This complaint is untrue.

The real name of this complainant is Rich Dealers and they sell marketing to used-car salesmen.

They tried to keep the leads we generated and get the credit card charges reversed after they took our leads and services.

Their own credit card company investigated and found their claim to be false. They decided against their own cardholder (TWICE!) and paid us.

The BBB also investigated and found their claim to be fake.

T3 provides guaranteed face to face sales meetings, phone meeting, live transfers and webinars. There is no risk because we record every confirmed sales appointment & phone appointment and send it to the client. We also offer a free replacement if there’s a reschedule or no-show.

It’s a fail-proof system that has worked for hundreds of our client over the years. The only time it doesn’t work is when salespeople ignore their appointments.

Rich Dealers has a major internal communication problem with their salespeople. We set phone appointment after appointment for which they never showed.

In all our years, we have never seen salespeople ignore phone calls, meetings and pre-set phone appointments at a rate like this. They were simply throwing money away.

We sent recordings of all appointments to Rich Dealers. They listened and agreed it was their fault.

They fired some of their salespeople and asked us to call back and re-set the phone appointments they never showed for, which we did, at our expense.

When their new round of salespeople blew-off 30+ appointments, the sales manager fired some more of his sales staff.

When that didn’t work he tried to blame us and demanded a full refund.

Not only did they violate our contract but they filed a credit card chargeback dispute.

We went through an investigation / mediation with their credit card company after they filed a dispute. After looking over the evidence THEIR CREDIT CARD COMPANY SIDED WITH US and PAID US.

Then they filed another dispute, which we WON AGAIN.

Unlike Rich Dealers we keep all our e-mails, CRM audits and Audio Recording of the appointments being confirmed. When there’s an issue we call back and send the client a recording so there’s no misunderstanding.

Every time we called to re-schedule the prospects told us no one from Rich Dealers ever called them.

Lastly, to be malicious, when they failed to steal from us, they filed a fake report under an anonymous name on the Rip-Off Report and the BBB (who also sided with us).

If their own credit card company would side with us, TWICE, and the BBB would side with us, I guess making a false report under a fake name was their last attempt to point the finger instead of looking at their own companies’ broken sales

If anyone is interested, we have ALL the RECORDINGS of every confirmed appointment we set for this company, have ALL the paperwork from their Credit Card Company, who ruled in our favor and paid us… TWICE!

Even the Better Business Bureau has disregarded their claim.

We went above and beyond, as we do with all our clients but when someone blatantly tries to steal from us, the only answer is to dissolve the partnership.

If Rich Dealers tries to pay your company with a credit card, BE CAREFUL!

They’re likely to initiate a charge back and have likely done this little scam before.
This is a time-waster and expense your business doesn’t need.

Beware of Rich Dealers.
